FOR EMPIRE STATE BUILDING TICKETS:
The Empire State Building has a timed entry system, which requires all visitors to have a pre-reserved entry time. You must bring the timed reservation ticket you will receive after you make your reservation. The Empire State Building personnel will NOT be able to admit you without the timed reservation tickets. FOR THE RIDE:
Meet at 259 West 42nd Street (42nd Street and 8th Ave), in front of Five Guys, at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled tour time.
The Ride requires Pass holders to make a timed reservation for their attraction. You can make a reservation with your pass by visiting the SSP Reservation Portal here.
Note that children under 6 are not permitted on The Ride. -
FOR MUSEUM OF MODERN ART:
Pass (or ticket) holders are no longer required to make an advance reservation to visit the MOMA.
Please present your Pass (ticket) to the museum admission staff.
The museum encourages visitation at 11:30 a.m. or later to avoid any security queues. -

- Booking normally confirmed within 5 minutes if available. In the unlikely event that the inventory runs out, we will send you a cancellation notice and a full refund will be issued shortly. Please check your email.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or notify us via email.
How To Use
- With the FLEX Pass, you select the number of attractions that you would like to see. Your FLEX Pass is valid for 60 days from activation at your first attraction visit.
- Visit any 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 or 12 attractions from 100 options over 60 days.
- To use your pass, simply show it at the main ticket office for each attraction, unless otherwise noted below.

Terms & Conditions
What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
